The right answer or solution to weight loss, better health and longevity goes way beyond diet reviews. I don’t have the scientific or technical knowledge or credentials, and don’t claim to. But, at the same time I don’t really have to.
I am writing about what’s been working for me for the last few years. I have a mind and I can read and write. That’s all I need to be able to discover what actually works in a real down to earth sense.
And, I am sharing it with you as a public service. Free. You don’t have to join a club or spa, do an intensive daily exercise workout or buy powders, pills, shakes and ready made meals.
You don’t have to drink green juice or make smoothies, either. I found it best to not drink them. The secret is pretty simple. Save your money. It won’t cost more than your weekly grocery bill.
You will just have to visit the produce section a lot more often now and avoid walking down the snack and junk food, dairy, meat and frozen lunch and dinner aisles.
I am not writing a scientific journal or doing scientific studies and experiments. I have been though, my own test rat through trial and error. And, I came out the other side with results which speak for themselves.
I lost weight, got healthier and I expect to live a lot longer because of my findings through my own personal research. I completely changed what foods I ate and I exercise lightly. My lifestyle is brand new. No more standard American diet. It went out the window and into the trash.
I am revealing only what works for me. Now, although it works for me, it may not necessarily work for you. But, chances are, a completely different way of eating will. It’s called whole food. A whole food plant based diet.
To conclude, I ask you this question: how can a natural diet be so wrong? Yet, at the same time I have to give you this disclaimer; to be sure to tell your doctor what you are doing and I’ll bet you he’ll reply back with, ‘hey, what can it hurt’? And, when he sees your health improve, he may say, ‘who knew’?
