I should have taken a good look at the source. This guy was overweight himself looking like he was ready for a heart attack. How could he ever give out worthwhile weight loss and health advice! I soon had a ruptured appendix and was driven to the emergency hospital. It was a very expensive two week stay.

I finally learned through my own experimentation the best way to lose weight and keep it off. It’s a diet that doesn’t have empty calories and fancy prepared meals. In fact, I eat a low calorie diet. Very low. And, it’s simple to make. Furthermore, I eat all I want. It’s made exclusively from plant based whole food. And, your grocery bill will go way down.
Now, I don’t eat all plant foods. For example, I don’t eat any grains, whatsoever. I also don’t eat potatoes and rice anymore, especially meat and other animal products.
