Thanks for joining me! Why are you here? To feel better, lose weight, all of the above? So why eat healthy? Good question. There are plenty of us in the US who don’t eat healthy. And, what that brings is ailments, conditions and disease, much of which is caused by inflammation. Just take a look at our doctor’s offices and hospitals filled with sick people in pain and misery.
Why eat healthy?

- Not suffer from ailments, conditions and disease
- Feel better
- Live longer
Food can actually cause inflammation. This means painful swelling in joints and disease. So, if you know which foods they are, you simply avoid eating them. You might wonder which healthy foods to buy? There are plenty. These are largely plant based whole foods.
Again, the question might be, why eat healthy? Answer: To get better health, lose weight and feel better in general. When you lose weight, most likely your blood pressure will go way down.
It has been proven eating healthier will make you well, make you lose weight and live longer like those around the world who eat simply.
