I don’t know about you, but I am into ‘easy.’ Easy does not always mean it’s not good. The expression that goes something like ‘if it’s easy, it isn’t worthwhile’ (or, something close like that.)
Well, I don’t believe everything needs to be always hard. Work is hard, but making Miso soup should be easy. And, this is definitely easy because it’s so fast to do.
Now, don’t laugh, but I found my soup in a bottle. Yes, you can make genuine miso soup out of a squeeze bottle. I buy Miso Easy®. I think I bought it at Sprouts®.
You can add things like…
- Green onion
Just follow the directions on the squeeze bottle and add your favorite vegetables, etc.. It comes out as a concentrated paste. And, you stir about two tablespoons in about a cup and a half of water.
What could be better than quick, easy and tasty? Oh, how do I make mine? Glad you asked. I add tofu, green onions, seaweed and mushrooms. Delicious!
