If you don’t need to lose any weight and you never had that problem, you might still wish to feel better and become healthier. There are many trim people who don’t feel good wondering why.
Or, they have always felt that way accepting it’s a fact of life chiseled in stone doomed to live with ailments, conditions and disease the rest of their lives.
When I lost my 50 lbs. I still had aches and pains. I wondered why. Matter of fact, they were more pronounced I believe because I was healthier, if that makes any sense at all.

I know that if I didn’t lose that weight, I would have likely had a heart attack, stroke, succumbed to cancer or diabetes like millions of other people here in the US. It has been proven through research eating plant based whole food brings health, weight loss and longer life.
One can eat and drink that which triggers inflammation or allergic reactions and not even know food and drink you enjoy is actually causing it. Your doctor can test you with an elimination diet.

Some of us have to avoid the nightshade vegetables like potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, spices, tomatillo sauce and cucumbers.
We eat the way we do because we grew up that way. We are bombarded all day long on radio and TV to eat all kinds of snack and junk foods the advertising media wants to sell us.
Just because it tastes good doesn’t mean it’s good for us. When you change what you eat, your taste buds change what they like to taste. Food is powerful, it can cure you or eventually do you in.
