I don’t know about you, but I like living a peaceful serene life. Although, this isn’t always the mood, it’s something I strive to create and maintain. Funny how the mind works. It influences the emotions. It’s hard to believe that how thoughts we predominately pondered in the past has brought what we currently have before us.

It has made me happier as I became healthier. And, when I weighed over 200 lbs., I wasn’t as happy as I am now. I weigh my high school weight and my blood pressure is at a very healthy level.

Usually, if one is ill at ease, there is a cause. But, one is well advised to prevent illness in the first place. If a disease, ailment or condition is chronic, how does one cope well?

We would strive toward achieving a state of wellness increasing our quality of life. We all need sleep, certain amount of physical activity, relationships and healthy food to thrive. We all somehow know by default that a homecooked meal is superior to eating out.

When young you don’t think too much about the end of life. But, the end is coming for us all someday, even though no one likes thinking about it. So, it’s good advice to enjoy yourself when younger to that day you look in the mirror and suddenly realize you are a senior citizen. And, if you missed the boat on happiness, start right now right where you are.

‘Always be mindful how you talk to yourself. In other words, replace I can’t with I can and I want to I have or I am. Believe you already are the kind of person you want to be and that you have all those things already that you desire and they will be yours. It has been guaranteed‘ ~ your author

You will notice some people are naturally happy with magnetic personalities. Everyone wants to be around someone who uplifts our spirits. However we choose to think is what situations and conditions we tend to attract. Meditation is a useful tool.

So, from time to time if our lives aren’t going well, it might be a good idea to reevaluate how we think and make a few adjustments. Thinking positively will always bring wonderful and unexpected changes to ones life.
