One reason we can’t stop eating food that’s bad for us is that it is addicting. Yes, added fat, sugar and salt make food taste better. We were brought up on snacks and junk food. How can a soda and bag of chips hurt us? In my opinion, it happens over a period of time, and not necessarily a long one.
So, the question is, why should we stop eating junk and snack food at all? In my mind, we should at least start trying to limit it. An option is to find healthier snacks. Begin searching for healthy substitutes so we aren’t going hungry all the time.

You will not feel deprived when you start eating more plant based whole food. You can eat until you are full. At last, a diet with no tiny portions! We need to eat real food that has the right calories. The correct calories come not from sugar and fat, but from complex carbohydrate whole foods like beans, potatoes and rice.
