I Feel Lousy And Have No Energy! Could It Be Food Poisoning? Maybe, Here’s Why…

I didn’t feel well for decades and didn’t have the slightest clue why. And, then I had a ruptured appendix in my early thirties almost dying. A two week hospital stay costing over $20,000 with thousands out of my own pocket as co-pay was my reward for previous years of eating high cholesterol dairy, meat and eggs, etc..

I am sure appendix removal has at least doubled by now, if not way more. Furthermore, I am lucky I didn’t have to have my gallbladder removed because of gallstones which are caused by cholesterol.

‘You want to keep your appendix, just like gallbladder. Why would they be there if not needed’?

Pick Your Favorite Poison…

I wish I knew then what I know now, because it was very painful. More pain than I thought I could ever endure. The priest came in the emergency room and said a prayer and I am sure it was needed.

I was scared while in extreme pain, but resolved that I had little control at that point and whatever happened was going to happen. For some reason, they didn’t give me anything for the doubled over agony I suffered from for hours in the emergency room.

‘I urge you to lose unhealthy weight the healthy way by improving your diet eating 80-90% plant based whole food. It worked for me and has been proven to work for countless others in the US and throughout the world’

If one is in pain, it could be caused by food poisoning. You could be suffering from soreness, aches or tenderness in your abdomen, even more [1]. I know there’s much disagreement among health experts about whether eating dairy and meat is healthy or not. But, from my own studies, I found they contain toxins like pesticides, hormones and antibiotics.
