Fad Diets

Fad diets don’t work. Furthermore, they can be very dangerous to your health even life threatening. You don’t need to spend money on expensive prepared meals. Those who are in the business of fad diets need to sell you something. Either, it’s a book, seminar, food supply, whatever.

On the other hand, I am selling you nothing. I am sharing my secret to losing weight. And, as a bonus, you will likely become healthier and live longer than staying with the standard American diet like most people do for the rest of their lives, or until they get a heart attack, stroke or some type of cancer.

They need to make money to stay in business. Anyway, their foods are processed and refined. You don’t want this. You want plant based whole food for best health, weight loss and long life. Real food brings real long lasting results. And, as you lose weight, your health will likely improve.

I have tried many fad diets. None of them worked because I didn’t stick with them. I almost lost my life on one. My appendix burst! I was in the hospital for two weeks. Lucky I got out alive. I was eating way too much animal protein. I did get through it one week on an IV and nearly all the second week walking in the hall pulling my IV stand around.

The first thing they served me when I could eat solid food again was a big steak! Too much of that put me in there in the first place! I guess they wanted to make me a return customer! The food you eat has to taste good and become a lifestyle, or it will become a passing fancy in no time at all.

Plant based whole food without oil tastes good with a little salt and pepper or spices. Once you start eating real live food, your taste buds will begin to crave it. Your taste in food will change. What tasted good before will seem too oily, salty, sugary and just plain not tasty! In no time, you will wonder how you ate it for so long!
