Natural weight loss eating all you want!

It’s only natural to want to lose weight quickly. That’s human nature to want fast results! Be careful, you can get yourself trapped into a fad diet which could bring great harm to your body. Wouldn’t natural weight loss be better over a longer period time to guarantee your health won’t be destroyed? I know it’s hard to be patient…

If you lose one to two pounds a week, you have a much better chance of keeping it off. Healthy weight loss is not a temporary diet. It’s changing your lifestyle including many food choices.

Have you ever seen a fat Chimpanzee? What does he or she eat? Answer: fruits and vegetables. We are almost exactly the same genetically speaking; therefore, it should be clear what foods we were designed to eat, as well.

There is a cause to everything, and how we eat will either make us lose weight and maintain it or gain. There is also the health factor. We want to lose healthy weight, not gain it back and reap the added benefits of better health, feeling better, having more energy and living longer.

To lose weight you must take in fewer calories than you use. It’s almost as simple as that. One pound equals 3,500 calories. So, you need to reduce your caloric intake 500-1000 calories per day to achieve weight loss of 1-2 pounds a week. That’s what I did. I lost about five pounds a month eating plant-based whole food.
