Green Tea May Help Protect Against Rheumatoid Arthritis

As I’ve revealed earlier, I drink organic Japanese green tea. I buy loose leaf and brew it by the pot from scratch every morning. That’s the best way, much better than tea bags. And, I think it has worked wonders when I stray and eat the wrong thing (holidays, birthdays, etc.) and suffer from bouts of inflammation soon after.
