The brutal unhealthy truth behind refined and processed foods

There comes a point in life where you know you can no longer eat those processed foods you used to eat. Why? It could be because you are getting older and can’t eat those foods you used to eat as a teen.

You might find lately when you eat them you feel terrible and the effects may last for days. You might want to test this out for yourself. I know I have. I try things again I used to eat to verify how I am eating is right.

Once in a while I go out to a restaurant to eat. For example, I used to eat out at Mexican restaurants. Now, I don’t. Why? They put lard in their foods, like beans and rice. I feel tired right away and the effects last for days. I can feel my heart working harder and it actually hurts.

The last time I ate Mexican food, I knew to only eat half of it. Nevertheless, I still paid for it. But, at least, I spared myself from a heart attack or stroke that day. Sometimes, you have to remind yourself you are on the right path by going astray on the wrong road.

Even though food you know you shouldn’t eat tastes good at the time, in one form or another, you will pay a penalty. It’s like what I said before. How do you want your salt, sugar and oil?

Do you want it Mexican, Italian, Asian or standard American diet? It doesn’t matter what nationality, most all recipes from right here and far away lands are all loaded with extreme amounts of salt, sugar and fat! Why? To make their foods taste good.

The only way to circumvent this is prepare your own food. At home, when you make your food from scratch, there is nothing added except, Love. Listed directly below are processed foods I would absolutely avoid, as these are the worst for your health I can think of. Therefore, if you want to lose weight and keep it off, get healthier and live longer, eat plant based whole foods, instead.
